My Mum Singing & Dad Playing

awwwwww man, look what I've just found. I'm crying as I am so happy to hear my Mums voice singing along to my dad playing. This was around a year before my Mum died. I had forgotten I recorded her, I'm so, so glad I did, I only wish I had recorded more. Wasn't she brilliant. Oooooooooooooooooh I miss my mum so much 😥

Thanks Mags, mum would have been 80 in that recording, you should have heard her when she was younger, she was brilliant. I never understood why she wasn't famous, or my dad come to that. My family is very musical, I have a lot of wonderful memories of us all singing round the piano while dad played. xx

I am taken back to my childhood (no television) where on Sunday evenings my cousin played the piano and we both sang.
