Kimchi

I have made my first batch of Kimchi in the new fermentation jar that arrived the other day .

I have made a version of Kimchi before but ended up eating it before it had time to ferment properly.

Looking forward to trying it.

.. Hi Judd it is sweetheart cabbage/garlic/ginger/spring onions/carrots/radish (I couldn't get mooli )Korean Red Chili Pepper Flakes (Gochugaru) and sea salt . It should have fish sauce but I left that out. Vegetables organic where possible and rinsed in mineral water.

I am now on day 3 and it is bubbling slightly .
