3 Day After Cut

Lawn was looking a bit patchy so have just put down a little 3 Day After Cut in dry conditions after cutting lawn. Used something else a few years ago and must have put down too much as scorched the lawn. The After Cut says nothing about watering. Safe to water it in?

Yes water it in.Don't walk on it afterwards though I found it leaves footmarks on the grass which then go black.

I would imagine what you used a few years ago was Evergreen (I call it Everbrown). I know a few people who used it and their lawns turned brown. Horrible stuff.

Re: 3 Day After Cut

When I had a garden and lawns I used to hang horse manure or dried cow pats in an onion bag in my water butt for a couple of days. Then I'd water my lawns with the water from there. Lovely green grass!

I remember my dad doing this, he used to call it a “ teabag”

Yeah, my grandfather taught my dad and he taught me and my brother the method.
