a person who shows or feels discrimination or prejudice against people of other races, or who believes that a particular race is superior to another.
I don't think anybody is making racist comments, they are just saying that a large number of of these attacks are committed by foreign people and often Muslims!
That isn't racism, it is fact!

Same as a lot of these sex abuse rings are run by foreign people too. Another fact.

Personally I don't care if it is a terrorist or a dimwit, because they both deserve the same punishment for attacking innocent people.
The reason we can't punish, as harshly as we would like, is because the prisons can't cope with the amount of crime committed, so all the more reason to hang somebody who takes a life..... leaving more prison space to accommodate the other evil people in society!
