Tonight we had oven baked southern coated chicken, jacket spuds, lettuce, tomatoes, scallions , coleslaw, olives, roasted beets and those lovely little peppers stuffed with cheese

Plenty of chicken drumsticks left over for the lunch boxes this week

Home made pizza, my husband made the dough last night and I did the rest today, quite tasty it was too.

Spaghetti and meatballs in a tomato sauce livened up with chillies and anchovies and peppers and olives and whatever else I find laying in the fridge needing using up
