Oven baked Chicken leg, oven pops and the spinach leftover from yesterday, and I have a packet sauce of green pepper, so will use that up too.

Not sure whether to follow suit, or be even lazier and do full fry-up, sausages, burger, bacon, eggs, mushrooms & beans with a side order of chips too.

Not too sure atm, but looking in the fridge I think it may be Italian Meatballs, as I have a bunch of Basil to be used.

Not decided yet, its either sausage casserole or spaghetti Bol. Ill be making both as Ive a day in the kitchen planned baking

Toast and marmite for lunch.

Roast beef, roast veg, cauliflower cheese, carrot and peas, Yorkie and gravy for supper.
