Baked salmon with a dash of olive oil and lemon juice, brown rice and steamed broccoli.....for desert yogurt ice cream, after the 'I'm stuffed' feeling goes away, lol...

Maryland is the best state for crab meat, or Maine. Maryland's crab cakes are the best, filled with onion and green pepper, and spicy, too.

I cooked some squid and mussels and had them on a bed of lettuce, spring onions with a dressing of Tarta sauce, and very yummy it was.

Lunch - home made sausage rolls with salad.

Dinner - chicken in a white wine and mushroom sauce, baked potato, roast carrots,onions,tomatoes.
