Re: Tummy Bloating

I try and do exercises as much as I can, but I have a problem, can't do Sit-ups or Press-ups because I have two Proplapse Discs hanging out of my Spine, and what with Sciatica in my left leg, its difficult to do things.

Thanks for the PM Twink.

Re: Tummy Bloating

Please go to your doctor Susie, it can be a symptom that needs further investigation.
I won't worry you with my family history but it needs checking out.

Hi

Do not ever put yourself down Susie.

You are doing wonders in spite of your problems.

I was told that I would never walk or work again, I did both.

We will never be 100% again, but we can have a great life and do far more than others.

There is no way I can get my fit to fly at the present, but I will be going to see Guy by the end of September.

Sod the Medics, go for it.

Being a tight fisted Yorkshireman, I will be going earlier, much cheaper to fly in the Monsoon Season.

Rain is not an issue for me, being raised in Huddersfield.

Re: Tummy Bloating

I have a couple of friends with bloated tummies and they both have irritable bowel syndrome. I agree with TessA, it needs investigating to rule out anything sinister, not trying to frighten you, just being realistic. (hugs) Susie xxxx

Definitely keep a food diary

And remember things like cooking oil, vegetable oil is now mostly rapeseed which I’m allergic to

Susie, I entirely agree with Tess.
Please get it checked out.
I'm sure everything will be fine, but best to be sure. x

Re: Tummy Bloating

My advice is to stop eating crappy bread from supermarkets (assuming that you are). Lots of people think they are gluten intolerant but the truth is they are suffering from the chemicals and othr crap in poorly made bread.

Eat only bread that has been through "long fermentation". Only this bread is easily digestible and in the right form for our bodies to process it.
Buy at a proper artisan bakery or make your own.

Re: Tummy Bloating

Phoned my GP and the earliest he can see me is Tuesday 19th June at 9.20am, so have got to wait until then, so in the meantime, I am going to start cutting down on things, starting with Dairy to see if it make any difference.
