Due out in 2019 the new Dumbo will no doubt be superbly brought up to date with all technology thrown at it but can anything really beat the magic simplicity of the original.
I saw the trailer on tv. It looks a really good film & almost live action with animatronics seems to be the way things are going, with Paddington & others. Tim Burton always makes good movies.
It looks really good from the trailer. I do think though that modern animation lacks the magic of the originals. I had to hold back the tears when I first saw it.
