Mamma Mia 2.

I've pre-booked tickets to see it next week.

Has anybody seen it yet?

I've been told it's not as good as the first one & the plot is hard to follow...

I'd like other opinions.

No and I won't be. I don't like karaoke.
Trouble is though, by default I'm out to see an Abba cover band at my local pub tomorrow night! nothing wrong with Abba of course.

Have heard it's better than the first one. I am going tomorrow with my grand daughters, so I will let you know, Carol.
Same songs apparently, I thought they might have had different ones, but we'll see.

My sis went to see this the other evening and said it was great..I shall wait to see it on dvd when its out...loved the first one too great feelgood factor films !!

I'm booked to go see it a week on Tuesday, six of us going so it will be fun whatever. I've heard it's as good if not better than the first one..it will be interesting to see Chers role in it.

Hi Carol.

Yes, I enjoyed it. Some different songs and exuberant scenes. Lily James was good as young Donna. Cher didn't have a major part, and looked like she had a wax mask on ,doing the gentle moves of a creaking body.. but as per usual ,puts us all to shame in her theatrical way.

I don't think you would want to miss it .

Not going to say anymore, apart from 'don't forget to take your tissues ' .
