I can't believe the fuss we have made in Britain about wearing or not wearing a face mask. How many more discussions can we have about it? Not just schools bur generally.

My advice to school kids is unless they have a valid reason not to, just wear a face mask. It's really not that difficult, it's not as though they are being asked to walk around with a fork stuck in each eye.

NSW schools have been back full time for a couple of months (since the beginning of May from memory), occasionally a pupil or teacher gets Covid and the school is closed for a few days for deep cleaning. Seems to work OK. No face masks or social distancing for school kids apart from one private school none have been involved in an outbreak as far as I know.

Victorian schools have been shut again until the current lockdown is over, I am not sure about the other states.
