Where Is Everyone Important?

Maybe we should create a list of people of whom we must know where they are "All The Time"!

It's a growing question, which is coming up, more and more, in the Topics.

Who are the people that you think we should know the whereabouts of, be they on holiday, overseas on a business trip, whatever you like.

I have to agree that it is a useful way of casting aspersions towards people we don't like.

Assuming that these people have high ranking deputies, and also assuming that they have mobile phones & very modern means of travel and communication, what do we need to know?

In addition to that, the media always seem able to tell us where they are!

So what am I missing?
