Just had a listen, and it seems to have stopped.
I wondered if there had been an accident and the were sawing someone out of a car? It sounded like metal being sawn.
Maybe tomorrow I will find out.
Doubt it's any of this lazy lot still working, they try to wriggle out of it during the day, let alone night time.
Having said that, they could have been trying to saw through the portcullis.
We'll have to check in the morning.
