Re: What Will You Do As the Lockdown Ends?

As an essential employee (Paratransit Operator), my life will change little (workwise), but as everyone else , I will adjust to the "new" normal in everyday life.

I'm hoping the end of lockdown will be done gradually, otherwise everywhere will be jam packed with people and the roads rammed with cars. It will not be pleasant.

It has got to be done slowly, else it'll be chaos.

Nothing has changed but the politics. We have no way of preventing the disease or treating it. We have insufficient testing so we don't know who has it. If you are old your odds of choking to death with it are substantial.

I will go out in public again when there is treatment proven to prevent death. I don't care how long it takes. Rather cooped up in an 1800 sq. ft. home for a few months than than a 24 sq. foot box forever.

Go to the library, I've missed going there and I've run out of books!

I bought two this evening from Tesco. This lock down is costing me a fortune.

Yep, me too! I read the ones I have SO slowly to make 'em last, it nearly did my 'ead in.

I'm on the last one now which I wasn't very enamoured with initially. I've had to resort to that. It's ok(ish).

I don't feel able to buy any in the s/markets as I figure they might have been manhandled or coughed on and I don't want that in my bed
