Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Good Morning Each,it's a brighter dryer one here atm,so taking a chance at hanging the washing out on the line,

I seem to spend a lot of days recently waiting for parcels to be delivered...no bustling around the Town/City doing My Christmas shopping as I've done it all online...just not the same

Stay safe and well All,xx

Good afternoon ladies. Nice dry sunny day here, but still a bit cold. May I'm missing going into town shopping. Its vouchers and money for my family. One of my friends picked her own gift and will get something for her sister.

Good afternoon ladies. It was a lovely sunny day here but cold. Wrapped up and went for a walk along the prom, was going to a cone buts to cold for that now. Had a bowl of home made instead when I got home.

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

Afternoon, Having a horrible time this W/E this beastly pain has been relentless. Having to phone the GP AGAIN, first thing tomorrow morning, somehow I need to get her to see me in person. Might start to get somewhere then, instead of her playing guessing games. Went to the Hospital but they can't do anything, they are only a wee 12 bed cottage hospital. I have to be referred by GP for MRI and they don't have one. Probably be at Aberdeen or Inverness. If I can get my GP to do that.
Was wondering about seeing a Chiropractor they deal with this sort of thing I believe. Have any of you been to one? What are they like?
Gawd, I'm sorry, you must be sick of my crying and moaning about this pain.

Roxy – just a thought, would it be any good phoning 111?

We have that service here 'down south' and it seems as if that is a gateway to health services. All I am thinking is that they could get a GP to contact you which would save you waiting. We can get referred by them to a GP and they will even get an ambulance in the same way as phoning 999 in an emergency, if they consider it necessary.

I see you do have the service in Scotland, link below explains exactly what they could do to help, if that's possible:

Good morning Each,it's a very foggy dreich one here but hope it clears up later for My walk,

Roxy I'm sorry to hear You're still in so much pain,I don't understand what
the hell Your GP's playing at,after all the virus in the Highlands where You are is so much less than the rest of Scotland so why isn't Your surgery working as normal...I'd do as Baz suggests and contact NHS 111, xxx

Re: Over 50's Club Scotland (part 3)

I've had my worst night yet couldn't get comfy in bed or on the sofa, and all the while the pain was throb throb throb, ended up with my face deep in a pillow screaming and crying for most of the night. Am going to find a Chiropractor who does the McTimoney Style, it's a lot gentler but just as effective as the bone crunching ones.

Good morning, sun is out but probably cold. Roxy sorry to hear your still in pain with your back. We were talking last week about doctors and why aren't they aren't seeing patients. Going for a walk later along the prom.
