No way would I let my dogs inhale that, or walk anywhere near it till it was bone dry and preferably rained on as well.
It would have been dry before my dog went anywhere near it but he has been having tummy trouble. It's likely to be glyphosphate. Opinion seems to be that it's safe for pets. But I don't use any weedkiller in the garden just to cut any risk. I wasn't aware the council was using anything until I saw them doing it while working from home. I thought at the time they were disinfecting the streets or something then it twigged.
