Morning person or night owl
I used to be both .....
Now I dare not stay up too late , I have learnt how important sleep is for the body...

Re: Morning person or night owl

I never go to bed the same day I get up! Can happily go 48 hours without sleep at all if I am absorbed in something. When I do sleep - it is very deep - you could march a brass band through the house and I would not notice - and I sleep for 5 hours only. Been that way since childhood. Have never used an alarm clock in my life - if I need to be up at a precise time I tell the brain when I go to bed - and it always wakes me.
