Well we all know smoking is dangerous now, but years ago when many started smoking, the health authoritiers did very little to dissuade people from smoking. Now they have found a method that works.... make them go outside where it is cold and they may catch pneumonia.

Giving up smoking is a very hard habit to kick, so I respect those who try and recognize that encouragement is far more help than criticism.
People who never smoke are very sensible but those who try to stop are showing that they have a strong will and I have great admiration for them.

If I asked all the chocolate lovers to stop eating it for a year...I wonder how many would manage it?
Giving up smoking is 10 times harder!
