Good morning folks, cold and clear here but no frost at the moment and a wet forecast methinks.

We have people coming round for lunch today and lots to do, so I'd better take the dogs out now and then make a start.

Good morning all. That's a lovely picture Alan.

I'm off to the gym this morning with my grandson Jason. He uses a wheelchair but there's still a lot he can do there.
Not sure what else I'm doing today except going for a carvery with family this evening.
