Nicking your idea, I actually have this running on another forum.
At the moment there are 19 people on the list, and I give each person just 3 days (72 hours) in The Hot Seat.
I think that is long enough, otherwise some people will hog the limelight for weeks.
And then the others are kept waiting waiting for years.

I was born there and, despite being based mainly in the UK for much of my life, going back for the first time in 1996 felt like going home and I was welcomed by every everyone I met there, especially those born in M'Tarfa like me, which was 60% of the population north of Sliema!
