While you are correct ruthio I always worry that a family member or someone knows them might read things. We had a situation on a bigger forum where people were being very harsh about a young actress, never thought she might be reading it and she was terribly hurt, her mother and other cast members complained in no uncertain terms. The point was made she could have taken it to heart and killed herself over it as she was very depressed reading it. It's made me think about being involved in threads that are quite so harsh about people we don't know.

I also have thoughts on this Doctor/Child Tragedy but will keep my mouth shut..
