Good morning everyone I braved the icy winds and snow with Chloe for our early walk and was relieved to get home.

Off for a shower now to warm up.

Morning all.

I let Holly sleep on the bed again as my bedroom was so cold. When I woke up a few hours ago I opened up my window to let some fresh air in and could feel the strong wind that's out there.

Somewhere in the flat I have a very thick hat that has a combined scarf, and ties up tight at the throat. Really need to find that.

I also think I'm catching a cold and again can't find either of the two bottles of First Defence.

I despair...

Found the hat/scarf, which made walking out so much better. Not so chilly around the head or neck, and we made it to the newsagent.

Got some washing on now so will pop out to the launderette shortly, and leave Holly some lunch in her Kong.

Morning all

It snowed a bit overnight, wind is getting up, pavements and paths are icy. Other than walking the dog I'm not going anywhere today!

Good morning all.
It's so quiet on the (normally busy) main road outside my house. I haven't seen a car or a bus go by in the last half hour. The road conditions look treacherous.

It looks like a day stuck indoors but I'll find plenty to do sorting drawers & wardrobes etc.

Still waiting,what snow? although 15 miles to east Tiverton is hit,the same to the North,Blackmoor gate is cut off.Perhaps we're shelterd enough to the lea of Exmoor.
