Well done Swims

My boiler has gone on the blink today. I need to get outside and pour hot water on the outlet pipe tomorrow. Can't do it today too dangerous.
Bought two convector heaters but at least the fire is gas and the shower is electric.
Back to work tonight in the cold again. Fed up. Miserable. Can't wait for the weekend and a few ales.

Hi

Nothing in life is free.

A sleepover Saturday Night.

Zac and Derek will be back to look after the boys.

Goshia and Natalia to look after the girls.

All under nine and raring to go.

Yes, condensing boiler. I'm sure it's the pipe which leads outside that is frozen as there is an error message indicating it. The pressure builds to a point and then the boiler conks out. Gonna see if hot water poured on it helps tomorrow.
Art - what did your son-in-law do with yours?

Floydy, l am back on after being frozen most of today!
My boiler is a Worcester and it was showing error code EA.

My son in law is qualified in this sort of work and he sorted it for me. Like you, my pipe outside, although lagged was frozen.
You have to pour hot water on it until you hear the ‘glugg’!
He took off loads of blackish water as my boiler is in my loft and now l have heating again!

I hope you get yours sorted soon!

Mine's the same boiler Art.
This could be very useful, many thanks. It's my last night shift tonight of the week and tomorrow afternoon I'll get cracking with the boiler.
