Floydy worrying has never solved anything.
Sometimes when we have a lot on our plates, it is difficult to focus.
I used to be terrible at remembering peoples names. So I link the name with a trait of that persons' personality in my brain. Like Jem for instance, I think of him as a precious Jem/Gem.

I do ponder about things too much tbh Sweetie Pie. It's usually if I'm working alone at night (or if I've had a couple of beers like last night at home!).
Normally I just let things happen as we all do and worry about more important things.
