decided to not eat for a couple of days to try and get my weight down. So far today not even had a drink by 11.30am so the will power to give up is strong

Just a pyjama day after the horrible day yesterday. Need to relax to get right for work tomorrow.

Good afternoon all, Beautiful day here in Shropshire. Just been out for a longish walk with HWMO and my two little dogs.


Hope your Shrimp Creole comes out well ST. I opted for a simple dinner this afternoon. Bubble & Squeak with a poached egg on top and a slice of Gammon I cooked earlier.
