I have to hand it to you Bazza, you do come up with some real beauties.
I don't usually spare a thought for shit at anytime, but just by way of replying to such a nice fella.
Personally once it’s flushed down the pan I couldn’t give a monkey’s where it goes or what it does, out of sight out of mind, if you know what I mean.

This post reminded me of growing up in Withernsea.We all learned to swim in the sea and we all ended up with brown stuff, around our mouth & nose areas, each time we came out of the sea.
While swimming you could see all the small bits of toilet paper floating along.
It was all very normal, in those times, and nobody worried much!
Turned out that all of the local sewage was in a pipe which ran out to sea about 30 yards from the town.
Didn't do us too much harm, however, and might have made many of us more germ resistant later on.
It was good for the Shell fish, in the area!
