What if the first 6 volunteers weren’t to your liking? Would you use the ‘ejector’ seat?

I have favourites I suppose like everyone but I don't dislike anyone
Ejector seat might be useful for some of the men at times though
Eject them in to a quiet room somewhere on ship!
A bit like ltpw thread in space!
