In my experience, they never do what they promise to do, I think it's a genetic thing.

The number of men who have told me they will be here to do a job for me at a certain time, on whichever day, then disappear into the wilderness never to be seen again . . no phone call, nothing, well, I have lost count.

I am still waiting for the gas man to service my boiler. He was coming last September!!!
Needless to say, I had to find someone else.

It can't be coincidence, it happens all the flippin' time.
