Oh dear Joe you really are a lost cause aren't you, but if you had one iota of common sense you would realise that by giving everyone a tax cut, and stimulating the economy by assisting business actually helps the weaker in society by generating an overall wealthier society which then benefits everyone.However, you would never admit that, as you are so blinded by your inane pathalogical hatred of anyone that is successful, that you just fail to comprehend the fact.
