omg this is my worst subject ------------- old tradition laws are hard to wipe out ' especially spain -and yes it still goes on in madrid sorry to say and other areas there ; it is barbaric no other word for it =cruelist of animal entertainment if thats the word... makes me shudder just the thought !

I remember reading about that a long time ago Judd.
I saw part of a video where they were rocking the goat backwards and forwards pretending to throw it, then pulling it back until they finally pushed it off the tower.
Apparently if it happens to be still alive, it is then dragged off and everyone dances around the dying body.
It makes me well up just thinking of it.
I hate it when some people compare our behaviour to animals, do they honestly think animals would behave like that?
And don't even start me on the plight of so many donkeys.
I support the Donkey Sanctuary, so I get a lot of information sent me about the cruelty these adorable animals suffer.
Then of course, there are the dogs that are reared for meat in Korea and the horrific conditions and treatment they have to endure.
Intense and repetitive cruelty goes on and on, all over the world.

In Europe, Yes, but I believe it still happens in parts of south america/mexico where there is a strong spanish influence.
What I was really expecting was criticism and outrage for my mention of barbarism and muslims in the same post!
