Tracker for adult wanderer

Anyone recommend a tracker for an adult who wanders and gets lost. My downstairs neighbour is having a horrible time with her mum, she's in her 90s but very active wanders off and gets lost. She is hoping a tracker of some sort would mean they could find her. It wasn't so bad in the summer but it's getting cold and she's worried she might get into difficulties with the weather.

That is very worrying, Julie. Would she use one of these - I know they were designed for children but it should work equally well with an adult.

Worrying indeed. Maybe just don't let her wander off alone?

Julie, have a look through this website from the Alzheimers Society.
It seems there are various tracking devices to think about.
Hope it helps.

Brilliant I'll give her those links. I feel very sorry for her she can't lock her in all day but she can't think how else to stop her. Alzheimers a very cruel disease indeed.
