Nice to see a 'nobody' be given a chance the way her mum was going on about her tho I got the impression she was a bit of a Miss in her younger days

I remember watching Delia's first programmes on TV

I think she has consistently been a good no nonsense easy to follow cook .

To me she is so much better than many of todays trendy chefs who think a chicken gizzard and a bit of crispy black pudding served on a rocket leaf with a watery drizzle is a good meal
