I don`t replicate but sometimes I eat something and it makes me think about how I would do it.

As I have still to win the lottery I have not eaten at Heston Blumenthal`s place-I`ve got the books though!!

Now there is a man who isn`t ashamed of making cooking difficult-way beyond my ability or pocket but fun to play around with

The dish lookes just great, and I'm really impressed.
Don't use couscous a lot myself, but my daughter & her family loves it - and for sweetness she usually prefers to add raisins instead of sugar.

Less aubergines this time, but with more peppers

(ps, the couscous looks 'redder' because I used vegetable stock for it - which is quite red because of the beetroot I cook in it.)

It is Was actually one of the reasons I wanted to recreate it as my veggie meals generally don't fill me up much

I may give that a try, veggies are ok at the time but an hour later you feel starving again!
