Can you freeze spag bol?

Once cooked and all made, can you freeze it?

And to defrost overnight in the fridge?

I take it you mean the pasta sauce? Yes I have frozen it. It sometimes separates out a bit so you might have to give it a good stir, and check the seasoning as you may lose some taste as well.

I've frozen the bol but never the spag, should imagine that might go a bit funny.

Make sure it's thoroughly defrosted before you reheat it...
