I never use salt when cooking, and don't think its lack impairs the flavour of the food.

I find food bland without salt. I add a small amount when I am cooking but I don't sprinkle salt on my meal.

The only flavour crisps I ever liked, were Oxo crisps!

I add pepper and herbs, which spice up the meals.

I have never heard of Oxo crisps, but don't think they would be to my taste.

tarantula, it was in the late 1960's when I last tasted Oxo crisps! You could also buy just Beef crisps but I haven't seen those for years. I'm not keen on Beef and Onion crisps and I find the favoured crisps leave an aftertaste.
