Lying, duplicitous Cameron.

So why telling us all that if his negotiations weren't successful he would campaign to leave, all the time he was deviously organising an anti-Brexit plot.

Yes im beginning to think that all politicians should be wired for sound so we knew the private self as much as the public self, instead of all the smoke and mirrors.

Your thread title is one of the few things we have always been in agreement with, but to my mind there are very few of today's politicians which could reasonably be described otherwise...

cue: Howls of outrage from the Left.

Anyone who did not realise this from the start must have been asleep. He has got himself into a mess and has to mobilise support where he can get it. Corbyn, or anyone else would do the same. Strangely enough for someone who supports staying in, Corbyn has said very little.

Re: Lying, duplicitous Cameron.

I don't believe Cameron wants to stay in the EU, I think it's all a sham. He wants the Tories to have absolute power, he's working towards it very sneakily, with the changes to registering to vote etc.
He's saying he wants to stay in, in a very loud voice so that if we end up leaving he can say it's not his fault.
Meanwhile Corbyn doesn't need to campaign when others are making enough noise for everyone! Why waste money and effort.
I don't think Corbyn is helping by being on the side of more immigration, people are scared.

Re: Lying, duplicitous Cameron.

Make your minds up! I keep being told Corbyn is an idiot, incompetent, useless and naieve, apparently because he's so obviously an honest man. Lying, cheating, crooked politicians are respected and voted for because they are believed, by many, to be competent to run our country.
Corbyn says what he thinks and stands by his principles. He's said he would never press the nuclear button, so it follows naturally that he would not spend trillions of pounds on a useless weapon, but use the money to provide jobs for those made redundant and improvements to the welfare of the population.
Instead of knee jerk mob reaction to support for the team, it would be much better of voters thought about the policies they are voting for and whether the candidates can be trust to carry them out.

Because in his mind they were to his point of view successful fair enough.

To my mind they weren't.

What's that got to do with the price of fish?

It might help if you told us which post you are referring to
And who you would like to make up their mind.
