The stories say he was a very brave man and he was chosen as our patron saint 667 years ago. These days we wouldn't chose Patron Saints for countries, but I don't understand why anybody can't accept that the king of England, in 1350, chose him to be our Patron Saint and he has remained so ever since. Why try to change History?

I'm a little late, but happy St. George's day, my brother didn't get me an Easter Card as he normally does, so he sent me a St. George's day card instead, i was surprised as i didn't know they did them
