Do you eat before going to bed...

I eat before I go to bed, and I think it is giving me nightmares.

I have crackers and cheese every night, I seem to be in the habit.

Seriously, cheese gives me nightmares but at least I get a deep sleep and I'm not scared of ghosts or spirits. Except Bacardi

Being diabetic...yes I always have a snack just before bedtime with something to drink as well...

No - I have dinner at 7:00pm - and nothing after that until breakfast.

The above is sensible advice, however I'll often find myself eating toast with peanut butter in the evening. I find it hard to sleep on an empty tummy.
