No they don’t.They care about themselves .
They are also nervous about Iran ( who wouldn’t be)
Iranians are not Arabs .
The Arabs will do what is best for them the Palestinians are only useful as a rod to beat Israel with . If they don’t need them they will drop them like hot cakes .
The best chance of the Palestinian Arabs is to make peace with Israel .

But it can happen if the extremists allow it.Many Palestinians in the West Bank prefer to have the rule of Israel rather than the PA which is corrupt .
As one said ‘it’s a sad thing if you hear someone banging on your door in the middle of the night and you hope it is the Israelis as opposed to the Palestinian police .’

HAmas would be all powerful and that is the last thing anyone ( even the Arab states really want )
With this step of Israeli / UAE relations will come benefits to both and that will include the West Bank .
Most normal Palestinians like anyone else want peace and the prosperity that comes with it .

Then terrorist groups within the palest state would attack Israel.
Any action taken by the palests would at best be half hearted and at best involving prisons with revolving doors.
This would continue and increase until the point was reached that the Israeli government HAD to take direct action.
The result then would be a triggering of the defence treaties and an excuse for other Arab states to get stuck in. That would result in the defence treaties that Israel has to kick in and in no time at all the mess would go nuclear.
If anyone thinks for a New York Second that the Arab states do not have nuclear capabilities they could not be more wrong, mostly from Pakistan, Iran, and sold by North Korea.
A palest state would be a disaster for the whole world.
