Fancy a Google phone ?

Yet another gadget on the market, as if we need another one.

Re: Fancy a Google phone ?

I think that's something I can live without.
I've never taken to the mobile phone anyway - who wants to be 'available' 24/7?

Re: Fancy a Google phone ?

I have the simplest of mobile phones and it gets used a couple of times a week. Good enough for my needs. I wouldn't want a Google phone anyway. It would probably take a lot of searching for.

Too complicated, too many features I don't want or need. I'm perfectly happy with my simple Samsung Jitterbug.

Well I read that story and it didn't tell me one single thing I wanted to know so I won't be rushing to the shops to buy one

I have a mobile, . . it's never switched on, . . the only reason I have one is in case of an emergency breakdown up in the highlands.

Just after I posted the above comment yesterday I saw some air head on Bloomberg trying to demonstrate the Google phone, she didn't have a clue, started talking about battery power, again she clearly didn't know the difference between amps and volts and when she came to do the demonstration surprise surprise it did NOT work
