Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 3)

Weather was a bit cooler here today, so I caught up with some housework that needed doing.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 3)

Morning all. Looking at the weather forecast on my tablet this morning I noticed that the humidity is predicted to be 100%! Many years ago I turned down a job in the Belgian Congo because the humidity there was averaging 98%! What on earth is happening to our weather?

Good morning everybody. Sue just checked my phone and the humidity is going to be 94 here, but only about 14. Off to hairdressers later then into town.

Raining here this morning, the engineer is here checking the boiler so I might go into town later for a look round the shops.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (Part 3)

Expedition to Hereford today. Was going to look at carpet, but changed my mind and took leftover wallpaper back to the Range and spent the refund on a new curtain pole, etc. Then a visit to Dunelm to look for bedding, but can't find the right colour atm. Rounded off by bacon rolls (eaten in the van 'cos it was spitting with rain). Since we came home we've had strong sunshine and heavy showers, never a dull moment. Lexi has arrived for a couple of sleepovers, her Dad has gone to the Festival of Speed at Goodwood.

Just come back from a lovely walk down the lane with Lexi and Missy. Hedges are full of wild roses and honeysuckle, but there's still a chilly wind out there!

Chilly wind here as well Sue, not nice enough to sit out but it is sunny at least . Just chilling as usual today , my friend isn't going to Mumbles today so don't feel like walking around on my own.
