I thought it was Leto, who consorted with Zeus.

Indeed but not quite, they all gave birth, sired by Zeus to other gods/goddess

Demeter to Persephone (f)
Maia to Hermes (m)
Leto (not Leda) to Artemis (f)
Europa to Minos (m)

I looked up Zeus, cos he was always putting it about!
And my link says...Olympian mythography even credits him (Zeus) with unions with Demeter, Latona, Dione and Maia. Among the mortals: Semele, Io, Europa and Leda.
So maybe we're all right!
