Never any spare crumpets in this house - they are always eaten - with lashings of Irish butter, Marmite and Caerphilly cheese!

I'm agreeing with you John. There's nothing better than beer and crumpet. Don't worry, I'm fine.

Re: Warburton's Crumpet Beer

I've checked my local craft beer supplier - no bread beer .....

Just out of interest, I checked the Warburton site and was shocked to find the price is £28 for 12 330ml (small) bottles, i.e. £2.33 each, plus delivery charge of £6.99 .....

Tesco do a Toast Session Ale (330 ml cans) at £6.00 for 4 but I don't shop at Tesco.

Waitrose do a Toast Pale Ale (330 ml can) for £1.99 but I'm not driving 25 miles to Waitrose for a can of beer at that price.
