Re: New Corbyn plot against brexit??

The polls are saying if Boris as PM called a general election, they would win by 140 seats.

With an alliance with the Brexit Party, Labour and the Lib Dems would be obliterated.

From what I hear, the majority of all Londonistaners are in favour of remaining in the EU.

Fortunately, they (and the Scots) are outnumbered by the rest of the country.

Re: New Corbyn plot against brexit??

The Corbyn plot has been implemented much sooner than
I thought!
But it proves that he and the Bercow dwarf are in collusion,
as the vote just taken in the house could not have taken
place without his say so!
H!owever, luckily the vote went against stopping no deal
brexit!
But l have no doubt they will have another go!
Corbyn is desperate for an early election before Nigel can
get a bigger foothold on the electorial scene!!

Re: New Corbyn plot against brexit??

I was wrong - according to this mornings news a motion allowing No Deal Brexit got through your parliament or a motion not allowing a No Deal Brexit was defeated - something like that. It was only yesterday.

Hi

Until the Parliamentary arithmetic changes we will still be in a mess.

The Government simply does not have a majority.

What has changed?
The Parliamentarians voted to not accept a No Deal motion if put through Parliament.

However, it is legally binding that we Leave on 31st October and unless we agree an extension we will Leave, Deal or No Deal.

That is the only sure thing as it stands.

They no longer need one.

They just need to hold their nerve.

They could even suspend ( prorogue) Parliament should they need to.

Re: New Corbyn plot against brexit??

I don't know what goes through the minds of Labour MP's who represent Leave voting constituencies, voting to thwart Brexit. It's as if when they enter the HOC they lose all sense of reality.

I only wish that apart from the eight Labour MP's who decided to work for their constituencies and voted with the Government, those others would realise that they may be slavishly following Corbyn's bidding, but if a general election is imminent, they will be out on their ears, because the voters will never forgive them for their treachery.

The same applies to all those cockroaches in the Tory party as well who sided with Labour. Grieves, Letwin, etc, will be no more. Deservedly so.
