Another Fine Example of EU Corruption
Yep, this time, President Macron, the most unpopular person in France has decided that the best person to run the European Central Bank is none other than convicted criminal Christine Lagarde.Lagarde, who said that if we did not join the ERM in the 1990s, businesses would go bankrupt, the pound would collapse, people would lose their jobs and have their houses repossessed.
So we did .... and then ...
... businesses went bankrupt, the pound collapsed, people lost their jobs and had their houses repossessed, so we had to exit the ERM pretty quick to avoid the whole country going bankrupt.

So we won't have much change coming from that direction. Macron unfortunately has lost his impetus , and the yellow vest are still riding the storm.
Nobody listens any longer, how can they ? They'd have all of the angry Europeans on the streets, and unable to control them. It's heading in a bad direction now.
I see Tony Blair was calling for another referendum , yesterday. Another one who never listened and still doesn't .
Blair should start a trust fund with his Ł60 million for those suffering severe mental health issues and bereavement, in the countries he so willingly destroyed.

Christine Lagarde found not guilty of doing deal with a friend of President Sarkozy in 2008 ??I wonder, as Sarkozy has faced a couple of investigations, maybe ongoing, I don't know.
Doesn't bode well for reputation of the innocent Lagarde.
Prior to Sarkozy, Chirac was found guilty of misusing public funds to keep political allies in phantom jobs.
They are ALL CORRUPT.. and as the web gets bigger , they all get entangled.
