Re: I have invented a new sauce!

That sounds really nice ST. Realspeed, that recipe too.
Never heard of Beetroot Ketchup, although I know Heinz keep bringing out new Ketchup flavours. I like tuna mayo or grated cheese and beans on my jacket potato but I am getting a bit of a bore these days preferring a twice baked potato (scooping it out and adding some grated spring onion before putting the mashed contents back into the skins and back into the oven to golden brown. I then just add a generous knob of KerryGold butter on the top and wallah..

Re: I have invented a new sauce!

ST, if you are anything like me, I am always looking for new toppings for my baked potato. I came across this recipe today and it looks really yum. I will probably use Philadelphia cheese though as not a lover of Goat's cheese.

Definitely will give this a go with brining before the normal brushing with oil next time too. I know this is an American video and we don't have Yukon or Russet potatoes but usually Maris Piper are the best. I always use the Tesco Finest 4 in a pack as one of these is just right with a small side salad.

Re: I have invented a new sauce!

I love mustard mayo but am not keen on mustard itself. I’ll look out for the beetroot ketchup. Might be a tasty accompaniment to the help yourself salad I get from Morrisons.
