What is starting to bother me now is the waste of money all this is costing. Surely the entire UK could use this money in better ways ? And it's breathtaking how little MPs understand about their jobs and UK parliamentary protocols.

Not over yet. Gina Miller has something in the pipeline ...again.

So long as they are using their own money, it's not an issue. If the public choose to contribute , that too is their choice . So all it means is they are throwing good money after bad into the hands of the already loaded lawyers. The people that actually go against the very ideology of anarchists.

The reality of remainer despair hits home as they lose their battle to over turn the democratic will of the people.

It is of the greatest intrigue as to why so many are so concerned on a different level altogether. Maybe their could be some sort of 'transparent' (a word so often used these days) view into the foreign interests these people hold. It could surprise us. They are clearly battling for themselves, not for the people .

Re: Scotlands Sabateurs Fail Miserably ..

A Scottish judge has refused to order a temporary halt to Boris Johnson's plan to shut down the UK Parliament.
This is a temporary halt to proceedings ahead of a full hearing next Tuesday.

The judge will not decide on the merits of the case until he has heard legal arguments from both sides on Tuesday, with his final ruling potentially being delivered the following day.

It seems what the Remainer MEPs have in mind is a 6 months extension to article 50 to allow for another referendum or an election .
They don't appear to have considered the EU may not want to allow yet another extension particularly as they have a budget to set next spring and a whole load of Brexit party MEPs to deal with.

As you might expect, the suspension of Parliament, and attempts to stop it are being discussed on www.order-order.com including John Major's

They reminded us that he refused to have a referendum on the Maastricht Treaty, which effectively turned the EEC into the EU, and also suspended Parliament to prevent any discussion of the Cash For Questions scandal

Pegging the pound to the DM wasnt a brilliant idea eiither by Major. Whatever he recommends, do the opposite and we should be fine.
