Hi

It matters nothing what we are doing, what matters is how long the French take to examine the paperwork.

This is something we have no control over whatsoever.

The latest scaremongering article -

THE Operation Yellowhammer no-deal contingency plan will affect Britons differently according to their referendum vote. Here’s how:

Food shortages:
Remainers will struggle to obtain their pampered elite staples like quinoa, sourdough, and milk. Brexiters can continue to enjoy honest staples like Fray Bentos pies, tins of all-day breakfast and Ben Shaws cherryade without fear of rationing.

Re: Yellowhammer released!

Food shortages? I am old enough to remember the shortage of not only food but many other commodities as well. We did not get a 'Yellowhammer' type warning in 1939. We were told that there would be a period of severe rationing, Some commodities would be unavailable. Millions of tons of precious foods were sent to the bottom of the Atlantic by Hitler,s U-Boats.
Did we panic? Not on your Nellie. We accepted it and just got on with life.
It seems to me that today some folk still want everything gift wrapped and are not prepared to accept a period of austerity. Well I can tell them, they are going to have to, like it or not. In the long run they will benefit, Just have a bit of patience.

There is secret report circulating in the EU, about setting up operation manna, to drop food packets in the UK. Germany will drop berr and wurst, holland cheese and weet, france camembert and brie.

To answer your question, as a (former) EU member your chances are good.

Re: Yellowhammer released!

Funny how remainers defend risk assessments by providing examples on how they are used for health and safety
