Your lingering about upsets the normal work scheme for both civil administrators and political directors.
You totally misjudge the worth of the UK contribution to the EU, both financially and otherwise.
You forgot to mention the 85 billion deficit Solly??
That all props up eu finances!
Why pay in to lose that amount each year??
We have been stupid for the last 40 yrs!!!

Smaller percentages went to Africa (2.3%), Oceania (1.5%) led by Australia and New Zealand then Latin America (1.3%) excluding Mexico but including the Caribbean.

This table over 2017 tells the same story.

That table is 2 years old and groups 27 countries together as a block to represent one country.

Its lies

Look at the individual countries in that list - that gives you a more accurate picture. Even better compare it to the rest of the world.

You will see our trade with the EU is in decline and will continue to do so.

Out we go !
Indeed. That is why they are so intent on doing all they can to keep us in their prison.

They can't keep it up for ever.

The writing is on the wall.

Germany in recession will mean austerity for all. It's the only thing the 26 can do to keep their economies afloat, they can't print their own money or adjust their interest rates. Germany has them by the bollocks and those debts need to be paid back at some point.

Even more unemployment in the Eurozone is the last thing they need. It's another nail in the coffin.

They still havent recovered from 2008. 11 years of QE and Draghis legacy is "whatever it takes"...

Ouch !

That trade deficit is a result of supply and demand. Presently you buy where it is cheapest. If you want to buy elsewhere, go ahead, it will increase your overall trade deficit.

We don't actually.

Food (for example) is cheaper outside the EU. it's the EU tarrifs that make it more expensive

If we lower our import tarrifs then we can buy from outside the EU a lot cheaper. The unit price of food from the EU is higher than from outside it so if the 27 want to compete they will have to cut the cost of what they sell us or they will simply lose out in billions of pounds of revenue each year.

Bye !

Good! It is reassuring to know that the EU is even more likely to collapse in the not-too-distant future than I first thought.

In that case, it doesn't matter what underhand tricks our remainiacs get up to, their hopes and dreams will not come to pass however much they try.
