Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

So glad your son has had the all clear Nimby.

Toe still looks grotty but doesn't hurt, thank goodness. Took it to stand on the Sports Field at the secondary school to watch hundreds of primary school children running their cross country! Chris was 26th in his group - not too bad when you think there must have been more than 40 running!

Jamie's 12th birthday today, so we had sandwiches, birthday chocolate cake and present when we came home. Also time for the yearly measurement against the door jamb in the kitchen. Both he and Chris have grown almost two inches in a year! Don't know what their Mum is feeding them on.................

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Evening Ladies. Well it seems to have been about the coldest night of the year here in South Wales.

I've forgotten who was the name of that lady who used to run the SAGA dining club to which some of us here belonged some years ago. I haven't seen her here for a while - is she still with us - was it rouser?

I expect you will completely ignore this as you have done everything else I have posted here in recent years. I mostly use another select and private site but I am also all on my own with no local family since my mother's death last June. Her Care Home on Port Talbot seafront was very good and I miss them but am glad to still have my Church and the Community that goes with that.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Good afternoon everybody. Had family down last night and we went for a walk before they went home. Really cold and windy here and I'll have to go out again to the shops.
